This is a grown up pork sausage. We use only hand trimmed pork from the shoulder and belly to create our Pork & Ale Sausages. The meat is minced (not put through a bowl cutter – which makes a paste) so they have a lovely texture. We use bitter from local breweries. This give a beer aroma and also slightly sweetens it. We use larger natural hogg casings. You get 4 to 6 sausages per pack.
