We also have a pedigree beef shorthorn herd. We have our own butchery on the farm at Hallsford Farm Produce, enabling us to keep control of quality all the way down the chain. Our production is not forced and as a result our products have real flavour. Our shorthorn beef is hung for a minimum of three weeks and our lamb for 5 days. All our meat is skilfully cut and presented before being vacuum packed and labelled prior to dispatch.
