The weights vary between 9 and 14 kg. Generally the later in the season, the heavier the averages will be. Hogget will be heavier.\r\n\r\nThe system assumes an average of 10kg for half a lamb, this may be adjusted slightly up or down. ie \u00a314.00 per kg Dead weight\r\n\r\nWe start hanging our lamb in October, usually for 1 to 2 weeks.
