Producing a coffee that certainly wowed both our customers and team in a blind tasting.\r\n\r\nThis El Jaguar Dark Roast coffee comes from a group of small producers in Mexico.\u00a0This coffee comes from the high-altitude area of the Sierra Madre, bordering the biosphere reserve El Trifuno.\r\n\r\nThe weather is humid with lots of shade, cool conditions at night and excellent soil, which together create a perfect environment for the development of specialty coffee.\r\n\r\nA small group of producers harvest and process the El Jaguar.
