Hallsford Beef Mince – this is our ‘Standard Beef Mince’, but still a very good quality mince ideal for Lasagne, Bolognaise and Chilli con Carne. Available in 450g and 900g packs. Price per kg £15.00 This mince is ideal for burgers. The larger the pack you buy, the better the price. This is mince from hung carcases. It has flavour. We don’t use Stock Cubes at home – If you look at the ingredients, I suspect you wont either. All our meat is vac-packed, so it stores much more efficiently in the freezer, taking less space. It also keeps for longer. With the air removed, you don’t get ‘freezer burn’.
