Dry Cured Smoked Streaky Bacon from Traditional or Rare Breed  pigs. A 200g pack has 6-8 slices vac packed. Price per kg: £21.00 Lightly smoked with apple wood for a delicate smokey flavour. Unlike most Bacon from Supermarkets and many Butchers, this is actually smoked not spayed or soaked in a smoked flavour additive. Unfortunately they are allowed to do this and call it ‘Smoked’.
