Our own handmade Black Pudding crumbled into our thicker plain pork sausage to get a great burst of black pudding flavour. A breakfast essential! This works really well, although I appreciate this is a bit of a Marmite thing. You either love or hate Black Pudding. As with our other sausages, Pork & Black Pudding Sausages are made with shoulder and belly meat. Natural hogg casings are used. Meat Content: 75% Pork. Price per kg. £12.30
