Winter Tarn Dairy Butter – 200g

Winter Tarn Dairy, are based in Appleby and produce cheese, yoghurt and butter.

This is their the lovely, creamy, 200g salted butter.

It is produced from cream sourced from local family run dairies in the North West of England.

Jeremy and Trish Jackson have been involved in dairy farming for many years and also supply 7 out of the 8 Michelin Star restaurants in Cumbria.
