Description

A Traditional Cumberland Sausage. The Real Thing. Coarsely cut quality shoulder meat. Minimum 80% meat. The full Cumberland is sufficient to feed a family of 4. Ours is  peppery but not overly so, therefore more child friendly. Very nicely balanced. Please Note: If it’s not made in Cumbria, it’s not the real thing! Price per kg: £14.94 We have changed our recipe., within the definitions of the Standard. This sausage is now totally additive free. PGI status Granted March 2011. ie. This is the real thing!
