This is a grown up pork sausage. We use only hand trimmed pork from the shoulder and belly to create our Pork & Ale Sausages. Local Ale gives a beer aroma and also slightly sweetens it. We use larger natural hogg casings. You get 4 to 6 sausages per pack. Meat Content: 75% Pork. Price per kg: £12.30
