Hallsford Llanwenog Lamb Rolled Shoulder – We trim out a lot of the excess fat. Very flavoursome. Half shoulder shown approx. 850g. Great for BBQs. Our angle on this is open it out and put in a bowl for a few hours or overnight with Olive Oil, Lemon Juice and fresh oregano and then cook steadily on a grill above white coals with the lid on.
