Dry Cure Smoked Back Bacon – supplied vacuum packed. A 200g  pack contains 6-8 slices. Lightly smoked with apple wood for a lovely subtle smoked flavour. We use Traditional or Rare Breed pigs. Unlike most Bacon from Supermarkets and many Butchers, this is actually smoked not sprayed or soaked in a smoked flavour additive. Unfortunately they are allowed to do this and call it ‘Smoked’.
