Dry Cure Smoked Back Bacon – supplied vacuum packed. A 200g  pack contains 6-8 slices. Lightly smoked with apple wood for a lovely subtle smoked flavour. Unlike most commercial bacon from Butchers and Supermarkets, this is actually smoked, not given a smoked flavour with a chemical.
