Slowly grown Shorthorn beef chuck steak and quality, lean off-cuts that are coarsely minced to give you both fantastic texture and flavour. The cattle are a traditional breed, that are extensively reared in a Regenerative system and completely traceable. We hang the whole carcase, not just the choice cuts, so this gets reflected in the flavour. Pack of 2 = 290g  ->  Price per kilo: £18.00 Pack of 4  = 580g    ->  Price per kilo: £17.00 Pack of 10 = 1.45kg  -> Price per kilo: £16.00 All our meat is vac packed, so it stores much more efficiently in the freezer, taking less space. It also keeps for longer. With the air removed, you don’t get ‘freezer burn’.
